| Sammanfattning: | The article answers the question: How to reinstate the Factory to a City System? The Industrial Zone of La Tebaida, Quindío was established as a place of study. The methodology starts from a qualitative analysis of the place and a search for tools that conceptualize an urban transformation model. The concepts of Parasitism and Urban Regeneration are established as instruments that allow reinterpreting the space and function of the Factory around urban dynamics. The results determine a conceptual urban model, in which the Factory is recycled and given value, allowing it to become part of the living city system. |
