The results demonstrated satisfaction with work environment and what conforms it. Finally, the degree of satisfaction was evaluated with all the elements of an analysis, and some guidelines were provided to design an improvement strategy.

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar la satisfacción que se tiene frente al entorno y los cambios comportamentales que se pueden generar derivados de la organización de los puestos de trabajo, teniendo en cuenta cómo la influencia de la temperatura, la luz, el sonido, el color, el espacio y la ergonomía son un factor importante para el desempeño óptimo de las tareas y la buena salud del trabajador. La muestra estuvo conformada por 27 personas del Instituto de Planificación y Promoción de Soluciones Energéticas para Zonas no Interconectadas (IPSE), a quienes se les realizó una evaluación posocupacional (EPO), a través de un cuestionario. Los resultados demostraron la satisfacción con el sitio de trabajo y lo que lo conforma. Finalmente, se analiza el grado de satisfacción con todos los elementos de análisis y se brindan unas pautas para diseñar una estrategia de mejoramiento. Este estudo teve como objetivo avaliar a satisfação que se tem quanto ao ambiente e às mudanças comportamentais que podem gerar derivados da organização dos locais de trabalho considerando como a influência da temperatura, da luz, do som, da cor, do espaço e da ergonomia são fatores importantes para o ótimo desempenho das tarefas e da boa saúde do trabalhador. A amostra foi composta por 27 pessoas do Instituto de Planificación y Promoción de Soluciones Energéticas para Zonas no Interconectadas (IPSE), com as quais foi realizada uma avaliação pós-ocupacional por meio de um questionário. Os resultados demonstraram satisfação com o lugar de trabalho e com o que o conforma. Finalmente, analisa-se o grau de satisfação com todos os elementos de análise e oferecem-se instruções para elaborar uma estratégia de aprimoramento.
