The answer to this problem is complex and the present investigation approaches it considering housing as part of an integral and complex system. Following this, for the present reflection effort of a case, conceptual simulation models are developed for new and existing housing, considering urban and architectural variables. Additionally, a sensitivity analysis is made, to identify the variables that could have a higher impact on project planning.
