Sumario:The dialectic of space and justice emerged from classical cultures. Nonetheless, there is no definition for this concept. Each author addresses it from different perspectives, scales, and approaches. Speak of justice is to speak of subjectivity. This research analyzes spatial justice based on the framework developed by Asian researchers for the planning and design of Public Open Spaces to compare it and find the applicability of this term in Mexico. The academic media literature review shows that there are components that need to analyze as primary factors due to their magnitude and high impact.  One of these factors is the security and access to public space. This work proposes a new order in the framework. The conclusion proposes a new research about the spatial justice in Mexico from the new framework suggested.
