It would therefore be appropriate to pose the following question: how does one manage it systems regarding the flexibility minimum standards of social housing in Bogotá? A systematic handling of flexibility minimum standards would help the integral understanding of problems and would allow for a clearer vision of territorial development, habitat and spatial conception. Consequently, It management would be the most appropriate tool for tackling social housing flexibility in Bogotá, since it is a key instrument for giving concrete results in the execution of any architectural project. Actualmente, el diseño de vivienda social se debe abordar desde la flexibilidad. Por esta razón, surge la necesidad de que la información de los proyectos de vivienda social produzca un adecuado proceso de gestión para que todos los involucrados en un proyecto determinado puedan tener acceso a la información necesaria de una manera sistemática. Por tanto, convendría plantear la siguiente pregunta: ¿cómo se gestiona la información de los estándares mínimos de flexibilidad de la vivienda social en Bogotá? Un manejo sistemático de estándares mínimos de flexibilidad ayudaría a la comprensión integral de los problemas y permitiría una visión más clara del desarrollo territorial, el hábitat y la concepción espacial. En consecuencia, la gestión de sistemas de información sería la herramienta más adecuada para abordar la flexibilidad de la vivienda de interés social.
