| Sammanfattning: | The study of the urban transformations opens a space to analyze the case of the Parkway from the barrio La Soledad; an area that since its conception reflects a unique process in the development of the city, and still broadly keeps its physical structure, in both urban and architectural aspects, in spite of being immerse in the evolution of a community that changes constantly according to the facts of every moment. Unlike other sectors dating from the same era, the Parkway has kept current but important physical transformations. It still saves its essence as urban space. However these processes of change and adaptation could be generating deteriorations at both physical and spatial senses gradually taking this sector to obsolescence. |
