The French influence, the social dimension, the political decisions and how the different designs that have been carried out, seek to make in front of the problem of fragmentation that every time is made but evident between the center and the periphery of our cities, and that it affects its habitability hopelessly; these alternatives are the result of a mentality that through the recovery and proposition of urban green spaces seeks to establish a reciprocal communication, between the human being and its environment, all this in the constant search of a feeling of ownership and identity.
