| Tóm tắt: | The objective of this paper is to observe and reflect on the results of the application of Stlocus and Territorii methods during the analysis and explanation of the Territory of La Bajada, Paraná City in Entre Ríos, Argentina. Heterogenity area with both urban and environmental potential and a deep fragmentation and socio environmental conflicts. Fundation area of the city, which denotes like Paraná, a deep crisis in growth, development and expansion. The article, also tries to warn the relevance and ductility of these methods to be assembled with other methodologies and sociological tools to collaborate both to sustainable construction planning as to decrease the gap between urban regulations and socio-spatial dynamics. |
