The objective of this paper is to observe and reflect on the results of the application of Stlocus and Territorii methods during the analysis and explanation of the Territory of La Bajada, Paraná City in Entre Ríos, Argentina. Heterogenity area with both urban and environmental potential and a deep fragmentation and socio environmental conflicts. Fundation area of the city, which denotes like Paraná, a deep crisis in growth, development and expansion. The article, also tries to warn the relevance and ductility of these methods to be assembled with other methodologies and sociological tools to collaborate both to sustainable construction planning as to decrease the gap between urban regulations and socio-spatial dynamics. El objetivo de este artículo es el de observar y reflexionar acerca de los resultados de la aplicación de los métodos Territorii y Stlocus en el análisis y explicación del Territorio de La Bajada, ciudad de Paraná, Entre Ríos-Argentina. Área de gran heterogeneidad socio territorial, con potencialidades urbanas y ambientales, pero también con fragmentaciones y conflictos socio- ambientales. Recorte espacial en donde se localizan los orígenes de la ciudad y que, como ella, denota una crisis en su crecimiento, desarrollo y expansión. Asimismo, se trata de advertir la pertenencia y ductilidad de estos métodos para ensamblarse con otras metodologías y herramientas que colaboren tanto, a la construcción sustentable del territorio como a la disminución del desfase entre las regulaciones urbanas y dinamismo socio-espacial.
