الملخص:El artículo presenta resultados relativos al desarrollo del Sistema de Información Integrado (SIEFCO), el cual relaciona el Sistema de Información Espacial-Funcional (SIEF) y el Sistema de Información Constructivo (SIC) desarrollados anteriormente. El SIEFCO relaciona variables cualitativas y cuantitativas de los aspectos espaciales, funcionales y constructivos, proporcionando información necesaria para obtener soluciones ajustadas a requerimientos socioeconómicos del grupo familiar. Para el diseño del Sistema se analiza el proceso de diseño de viviendas, determinando las etapas en las cuales se relacionan los aspectos; se seleccionan y organizan los contenidos y se establecen los procesos necesarios para su manejo utilizando el software HyperCard (Macintosh).Descriptores:Sistemas constructivos; Informática aplicada a laconstrucción; Vivienda de interés scial.AbstractRelatives results are presented related to the development ofthe Integrated Information System (SIEFCO), which relates the Space-Funtional System (SIEF) and the Constructive Information System (SIC) developed before. The System relates qualitative and quantitative variables of spacial aspects, funtionals as well as constructives, giving the information needed to obtain the right solution to social and economical requirements of the family group.To design the System, the house design process needs to beanalized, determinig the stages in which the aspects are related; the way the contents are selected and organized and the needed processes are stablished for the handling of HyperCard software (Macintosh).
