| Tóm tắt: | El presente trabajo es el resultado de la investigación sobre el análisis y diagnóstico del proceso constructivo de la vivienda informal en Maracaibo, con énfasis en los techos.Se plantea diagnosticar la situación actual de los aspectos constructivos de las cubiertas de las viviendas del sector de producción informal de Maracaibo, además de tipificarmateriales, estructura de soportes y forma de las cubiertas y entrepisos , y establecer en términos porcentuales, la representatividad del costo del techo en relación con los otroselementos que constituyen la vivienda informal de Maracaibo, desde el punto de vista constructivo.Se presenta los resultados del análisis de la información recolectada en los estudios de campo, tales como datos,gráficos, tablas y fotos, requeridos y definidos en el planteamiento inicial.Con base en estos resultados seconcluye que el techo en la primeraetapa tiene un valor muy importantepor aquello de «tener un techo paravivir», pero a medida que la viviendacomienza su proceso de evolución, elporcentaje de los costos comienza adescender y es superado por lasinversiones en paredes y los acabados.Finalmente, se establecen lasconclusiones y recomendacionesextraídas de los estudios.This work is the result of the researchbased on the analysis and diagnosis ofconstruction process of informalhousing in Maracaibo doing emphasison roofing. It is planned to diagnosethe actual condition of constructiveaspects of roofs built on existinghousing at informal sectors of the city,and typify the materials, supportstructures, the shapes of the covers,and stories registered, in order toestablish in percentage terms theimportance on costs of roofing relatedto the rest of the elements of thehouses within the area of study, froma constructive perspective.The results of analyzing the collectedinformation at field studies, such asdata, graphics, spreadsheets andpictures, required and defined in theinitial proposal.Based on these results it is concludedthat roofing in a first stage ofconstruction has an important value,because of the popular saying that«nothing better than having a roof tolive under», but as the house startsprogressing, the percentage on costsstarts descending and it is outnumberedby the investments made in wallsand finishes. Finally, the conclusionsand recommendations are establishedout of these studies. |
