This reflection on urban management in Brazil has presented a more comprehensive approach, in addition to the master plan, bringing a look at how urban planning tools are being implemented, their relationship with the guidelines of the City Statute and consequences for cities. It is in this context that this thematic issue of PARC on urban planning evolves. |
