Inovação. Indução. Processos. Diagnósticos. This issue of the Journal PARC Research in Architecture and Construction discusses technological innovation in construction. In other industrial sectors, the term describes a process innovation that extends from the creation of an idea to the market insertion of a new product, process or service. In Brazil, the academia, the private and public sectors have recognized the importance of formulating a policy for science, technology, and innovation to modernize the civil construction sector. In this issue, five articles have their focus on a variety of perspectives related to innovation. These articles provide examples and also technological innovation induction mechanisms aimed at the construction industry. Esta edição da Revista PARC Pesquisa em Arquitetura e Construção tem como principal tema a inovação tecnológica na construção civil. Em outros setores industriais, o termo inovação descreve um processo que se estende desde a criação de uma ideia até a inserção no mercado de um novo produto, processo ou serviço. No Brasil, o universo acadêmico e os setores privados e públicos têm reconhecido a importância da formulação de uma política de ciência, tecnologia e inovação para modernizar o setor da construção civil. Nesta edição cinco artigos têm seus focos em uma variedade de perspectivas relacionadas à inovação. Estes artigos trazem exemplos e também mecanismos de indução de inovação tecnológica voltados à indústria da construção civil.
