The study of the quality of lighting and visual comfort is conditioned to the health and well-being of those who use and enjoy the built spaces. Light is important to the conceptual design of an environment; therefore, many researchers have searched for ways to identify and evaluate visual comfort through different research instruments. One of the most recurrent, the questionnaire, is an instrument of data collection in order to evaluate the preferences and characteristics of a sample. In this context, the objective of this study was to identify, detail and provide greater understanding about the questionnaires that evaluate visual comfort, through a systematic literature review. It was selected a set of seventeen questionnaires and, thus, is intended to analyze the questionnaires under the following aspects: structure; the objective of the research; evaluated environment and main aspects and characteristics of lighting. It was possible to observe that during the systematic review of the literature, most of the researchers found, that deal with the measurement of visual comfort, making it for office environments. In addition, It was found that the aspects preferences and satisfaction; and glare and light distribution are the characteristics more recurring in the questionnaires analyzed. This work contributes to developing research studies that require a questionnaire as part of their evaluation method. O estudo da qualidade da iluminação e do conforto visual está condicionado à saúde e bem-estar daqueles que utilizam e usufruem dos espaços. A iluminação é importante na concepção de um ambiente e, dessa forma, muitos pesquisadores buscaram formas de identificar e avaliar o conforto visual por meio de diferentes instrumentos de pesquisa. Um dos mais recorrentes, o questionário, é um instrumento de coleta de dados com o intuito de avaliar as preferências e características de uma amostra. Neste contexto, o objetivo deste trabalho consistiu em identificar, detalhar e prover maior compreensão acerca dos questionários que avaliam o conforto visual, mediante uma revisão sistemática da literatura. Foram selecionados um conjunto de dezessete questionários e, assim, buscou analisa-los sob os seguintes aspectos: estrutura; objetivo da pesquisa; ambiente avaliado e principais aspectos e características da iluminação. Foi possível observar, durante a revisão sistemática, que grande parte das pesquisas encontradas, que mensuram o conforto visual, o fazem para ambientes de escritórios. Além disso, foi constatado que os aspectos preferências e satisfação; e brilho da fonte/ofuscamento e distribuição da luz são as características mais recorrentes nos questionários analisados. Este trabalho visa contribuir para o desenvolvimento de pesquisas que requerem um questionário como parte do método de avaliação.
