| סיכום: | The process of structural changes produced in Argentina in the 90’s, with the start-up of neoliberal politics, is traduced is new rules in the political, economical and social orders. This reorganization introduces deep transformations in ways of production in the suburban area in Córdoba. One of these is the incorporation of new ideologies regarding residential life style alternatives. These ones find its precedents in north countries and start becoming more important in the outskirts area of the city from the 90’s. Recognised as closed urbanizations or suburban typologies of permanent housing, are located in the outskirts, in a space with permanent monitoring and limited access and become a part of a product created and produced by development companies. The emerging residential pattern is produced at a fast rate in the last years. It is localized specifically in the northnortheast metropolitan area of Córdoba and produced dysfunctions in the functional dynamic of the city. The materializations of these interventions have effects on the existent city and do not take in account the effects on road, transport, equipment and infrastructure, as negative consequences. Among the causes that can verify the consolidation of these phenomena, the most important are related to the strengthening of the neoliberal model in the national reality and its consequences in urban management. These ones were initiated in the last decade of the past century with the re-positioning of urban agents in the city space |
