Since 2017, the approach to professional practice has been incorporated, intentionally awakening in the students the reflection regarding a possible field of action and the requirements and conditions demanded by the work environment, for its insertion, in order to identify the main professional competences for each mode of employment linkage requires. This is achieved through inquiry in the local and international context.Although the environment where the professional interacts is dynamic, is constantly changing, this domain of skills has been oriented in recent years towards very specific roles and typical practices that are performed under certain conditions and certain media. The contents on the work "Approach to professional practice" are taught in a general way based on the specific linkage modes emerged from the surveys (of the Legislation subject and INTI), in the professional profile and the scope of the title, focusing on the tasks for which you are trained according to what conforms to this study plan. El presente artículo aborda una innovadora experiencia didáctica propuesta en la cátedra de Legislación de la carrera de Diseño Industrial de la FAUD-UNC. A partir del año 2017, se ha incorporado el abordaje de la práctica profesional, despertando intencionalmente en los estudiantes la reflexión respecto a los requisitos y las condiciones demandadas por el entorno laboral, su posible campo de acción y modos de inserción en pos de identificar las principales competencias profesionales que cada modelo de vinculación laboral requiere. Esto se logra mediante la indagación en el contexto local e internacional.Si bien el medio donde interactúa el profesional es dinámico y está en permanente cambio, el dominio de competencias se ha orientado en los últimos años hacia roles muy específicos y prácticas típicas que se desempeñan bajo ciertas condiciones y determinados medios. Los contenidos sobre el trabajo “Aproximación a la práctica profesional” son impartidos de forma general, basándonos en los modos específicos de vinculación surgidos de las encuestas (de la cátedra y del INTI), en el perfil profesional y el alcance del título, focalizándose en las tareas para la que está capacitado, conforme al presente plan de estudio.
