Résumé:This work is inserted in the framework of research related to policies, projects and architecture of the Peronista decade in Mar del Plata 1946-1955. Our hypothesis focuses on aesthetic language first adopted by the class average merchant-generated villas built in Mar del Plata at the beginning of 1900 specimen was European mansions in Villa pintoresquista and then by worker housing who take singular elements - to generate from the image of the "Villa" a social promotion idea stone coatings sometimes sets. We'll discuss the articulation between the social and political context, and architectural state response. Here the theoretical approach to work raises an analysis on the basis of the inquiry official documentation, oral testimony, etc., in order to know its history and current situation plans.
