| Zusammenfassung: | This work is inserted in the framework of research related to policies, projects and architecture of the Peronista decade in Mar del Plata 1946-1955. Our hypothesis focuses on aesthetic language first adopted by the class average merchant-generated villas built in Mar del Plata at the beginning of 1900 specimen was European mansions in Villa pintoresquista and then by worker housing who take singular elements - to generate from the image of the "Villa" a social promotion idea stone coatings sometimes sets. We'll discuss the articulation between the social and political context, and architectural state response.
