El crecimiento programado simultáneo del tejido urbano, del bloque deviviendas y de la propia casa permite, a través del diseño de un hábitat adaptabley generoso, mejorar la habitabilidad y facilitar a más personas la accesibilidada una vivienda digna.Mediante el análisis de la propuesta NWwKT se puede comprobar cómo eltiempo es un elemento fundamental en el diseño del proyecto y cómo creapatrones variables (económicos, sociales e incluso espaciales) que estimulande manera concreta cada tipo de ampliación.
