Nonetheless, in contrast to these examples, Tecamachalco was not promoted as an exemplary model, not it needed to, since it was strategically located and traded an accepted way of life. It´s development illustrates a broader acceptance of modern architecture and the rise of a popular modernist architecture. In this setting Boris Albin house´s played a key role.
