De ahí que en este trabajo se da a conocer, a partir del caso de Valle de Bravo, la influencia que ejercen los agentes externos en los cambios del valor de suelo habitacional, tomando como punto de partida la evolución del patrón de ocupación del suelo y las actividades económicas.
