En el último decenio, se manifiestan procesos repentinos en la dinámica territorial cuyos cambios están generados por actividades estrechamente vinculadas a significativos flujos de inversiones y dentro de los cuales, muchos corresponden a una acción territorializadora del turismo residenciado.Este trabajo, reconoce alguno de esos procesos espaciales bajo la impronta de actuaciones territoriales anteriores en un marco de conflicto entre intereses divergentes en la dinámica de la estructura social y el medio ambiente natural, bajo condiciones y resistencias culturales, sociales y psicológicas variadas.
