Si se trata de establecer un "banco de ideas urbanísticas", creo que no hay que ir muy lejos puesto que nuestro ámbito pencopolitano (como a mi me gusta llamarlo, más que la acepción de "área metropolitana de Concepción" o "Gran Concepción" como otros técnicos le llaman...
