These plazas are places of social encounter and points of anchorage deeply embedded in the southern landscapes, adapting to the rigorous climate and revealing cultural values that allude to the historical processes of colonization. The shape of the plazas and their main elements bring together qualities that reflect classic urban intentions while also declaring the will to acknowledge the unique characteristics of each specific site. |
