Desde Tortel hasta La Moneda, un largo camino
A synthesis of the history of Tortel, a human settlement in the 11th Region of the South of Chile, is presented, with a brief chronicle of the process experienced between 1982 and 2001 which culminated in the declaration of Caleta Tortel and the Isla de los Muertos as National Monuments.
