Sumario:The following article demonstrates how the subsidy for “Heritage Rehabilitation” has become a viable option for architects to participate in real estate projects. It was created by the state to encourage intervention on buildings of historic value or structures that are located in areas that are protected because of their historic importance. The author analyses the variables that condition such ventures,emphasizing on those that favor such interventions.
