The emphatic myths entailed in the modernity of the urbanistic discourse on this city, nearly four decades after its founding sound like rgetoric looking for an autor. The glittering, splendid terms in wich, during the first half of the 20th century the discourse about conferring a new "urbis" form on the city was phased are partially responsible.
