Added to this service is the provision of training and organizational support to the urban inhabitants of Santiago. This paper was written by Architects Silvia Araos (University of Chile) and Rodolfo Jiménez (University of Chile) and summarizes the proposal entitled “Improving and Densifying (a Contribution to Government Policies)”, which was submitted by Taller Norte to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development in October, 1990. |
