Initiatives if the building perimeter is rigid. Explica la conceptualización de la progresividad de la vivienda, mediante la exposición de casos aplicados en la 5a región de Chile. Infiere de estos casos que: la autoconstrucción debe corresponder a un diseño autoconstructible en que la intervención del usuario no dañe la calidad de la vivienda, y que el usuario coarta sus iniciativas de intervención si el perímetro de edificación es rígido.
