| Achoimre: | This paper aims at the recollection of theoretical elements which would enable for an adequate definition of citizen's security at the level of poor residential groups resulting from state policies. Such purpose is faced from a new interdisciplinary and systemic viewpoint which tries to develop a socio-spatial perspective aiming at overcoming the reductions which characterize the classical studies on the topic which give emphasis unilaterally either to physical or spatial variables. The community is defined, in a preliminary way, as a self -referent system which starting from is own communicative selections is able to face the problem of insecurity in residential areas. Some socio-physical conditioners which help to place and understand in a more integral way the dynamics and complexity of this phenomena, are here stated. |
