| Resumo: | This paper deals with the different projects carried out by government authorities with the aim of solving some of the civil insecurity problems faced by our country. Out of all these projects, the urban improvement and Communal Facilities Program is presented in more detail and more specifically, the typology of the projects belonging to the Neighborhood Security sub-program, since this is the only one aiming at residential security. Magnitude, typologies and beneficiaries of the 1993 and 1994 projects are also presented. |
