| الملخص: | This paper aims at contributing to the discussion around new ways of providing an efficient answer to the very serious housing problem affecting the low income sector in Chile. This housing problems mean, on the one hand, that there are people who still don't have a house and on the other that there are people whose houses do not meet minimum habitability standards. The paper also aims at stablishing the guidelines for a Self-built Housing Program, sponsored by the "La Florida" Municipality as well as the basic elements which the functioning of such project should take into account. |
