The aim is to motivate the discussion and analysis of the topics, which are central to this paper, amongst all the countries in the region. Such central topics are: assess the housing stock, assess the magnitude of its present quantitative deficit and based on this information figure out the need of investment for the 1995-2000 period based on a potential demand stratified according to social sectors. |
