Depopulation, Decline and Transformation. The Municipality of Santiago, 1930-1990. Relevant Information
This paper deals with the process of lost of residents, deterioration and use change undergone by the Santiago commune between 1930 and 1990, stressing the fact that Karl Brunner (Urbanist from Vienna) knew about this phenomena the 30's when this process was in its first stages of development.
