The everyday struggle with the administrative-bourocratic system when aiming at solving the problems in these public spaces has led to the search of plausible procedures within the actual system. El presente artículo propone un plan de gestión municipal interdisciplinaria, destinado a concientizar y movilizar a la comunidad en la búsqueda conjunta de soluciones para la rehabilitación de los espacios de uso común, en conjuntos de bloques de media altura, construidos por SERVIU en la comuna de Puente Alto. La reiterada frecuencia cotidiana de enfrentar dificultades administrativo-burocráticas para resolver problemas recurrentes en los espacios públicos de estos conjuntos, ha motivado, la búsqueda de procedimientos realmente aplicables dentro del sistema vigente.
