Résumé:This paper presents the changes which take place in habitat construction, taking as a base the slow adaptations to new situations which undergo the Tucumán province and Argentina. The tendency to decentralization in housing politics require an adaptation between the public and private agents, as well as the confirmation of non traditional resources as potenciators of the contributions from each group. The profile of these new spaces in the production of habitat is here interpreted along with the question of how to harmonize the interests expressed by each sector and to resolve this situation, in a process which demands new rules.
