| Zusammenfassung: | This papers deals with the technical-conceptual development which originates and founds an architectural collective proposal for social housing in the traditional neighborhoods in Santiago. The project is developed with the perspective of reactivate, redensify and renew the historical center of the city by rescuing its morphology and texture. The idea is to establish an Urban Social Harmony and in order to achieve this an appropriate density is studied, incorporating the public space in order to determine collective development zones protected from the street and which would give life and character to the area. |
