As man conditions space at the moment of its creation, it is space that also conditions man. The summoning or the magnetism that exercises a given space over its users is not always associated with the scale, the localization or the morphology; there also come in paly unsuspected conductual factors that riche the vision of the architect, and the urban planner. El carácter público o privado de un determinado lugar está dado no sólo por sus atributos morfológicos o espaciales, sino tambien por el tipo de funciones que alberga. Así como el hombre condiciona el espacio al momento de crearlo, es el espacio el que recíprocamente condiciona al hombre. La convocatoria o el magnetismo que ejerce un determinado espacio en los usuarios no siempre tiene que ver con la escala, la localización o la morfología del mismo: entran en juego, además, insospechables factores conductuales que enriquecen la visión del arquitecto y del urbanista.
