In the year 2003 this program shall be completed, so the subject of this article becomes important because it is a reference on evaluations. This article is based on a study done during the module Housing Evaluation of the Public Housing Specialization Post Graduate program. El presente artículo está basado en el estudio realizado en el marco del Módulo Evaluación Habitacional del Postítulo Especialización en Vivienda Social, impartido por el Instituto de la Vivienda (INVI), en diciembre de 1999. Aspira a orientar la aplicación de los enfoques vigentes sobre la Evaluación Habitacional, al análisis y comprensión del PCHB y avanzar hacia la formulación de un proyecto de evaluación del mismo. Dado que para el año 2003 está contemplada la finalización de este Programa, lo aquí expuesto cobra especial importancia como mapa referencial de evaluaciones puntuales o genéricas.  Universidad de Chile.
