It is clear that ground this source will become very scarce one, the society, as a team, should take a decisive role to administer and to project its development with justness and equality this debate has installed globally inside the International Social Forum by means of the World Letter by the Right for City. In front of the necessity of always giving space to a number growing of population, encapsulated areas of poor villages and urban deterioration, lacking of integration that require the active participation of a systemic effort of the Organisms of the State, Institutions to the service of the society and professionals linked to the phenomenon of the city.
