Es necesario evitar el crecimiento en extensión. Vale la pena, en cambio, utilizar en plenitud los edificios subutilizados. O inutilizados. El reciclaje de antiguas estructuras para inyectarles una función nueva es una opción legítima y conveniente. En la mayor parte de los casos, la vivienda –como origen o como destino– es el motivo central de las intervenciones arquitectónicas.
