| Zusammenfassung: | The importance of developing an information system in the area of housing is here stated. Such information system aims at understanding the housing process in order to determine housing alternatives which would allow the right decisions to be taken. The paper presents a conceptual referential framework to define the factors involved in the creation of this system and it proposes a housing model as a representation of the processes and factors which play a role in housing. It also describes the stages involved in setting up the system from its experimental application to the evaluation. |
