Such information system aims at understanding the housing process in order to determine housing alternatives which would allow the right decisions to be taken. The paper presents a conceptual referential framework to define the factors involved in the creation of this system and it proposes a housing model as a representation of the processes and factors which play a role in housing. It also describes the stages involved in setting up the system from its experimental application to the evaluation. |
