Resistencia, Chaco acoustics energy teaching lighting technology sustainable acústica energía enseñanza luminotecnia sustentable A teaching experience is presented in which the development of the practical work of the subject Facilities II of the professional career of Architecture and Urbanism of the National University of the Northeast allowed to observe the incorporation of materials, technologies and innovative procedures in front of traditional slogans imparted The lighting, Acoustics, Air Conditioning and Renewable Energy are raised as central issues in the complementary facilities of homes and buildings at height, and they incorporate the concepts of sustainability of the same, for which use of new technological materials is made acoustic panels and acoustic phonics, calculation of the thermal transmittances of paramentos chords to the bioclimatic region, use of solar equipment in the generation of hot water or electric power, use of green walls and green roofs, lamps of last generation and equipment of low consumption, etc. The degree of depth of the cases solved by the students is analyzed, the pertinence and the feasibility of putting it into practice, as well as the degree of commitment of the group with these new themes. We consider a renovating experience that will be improved with the contributions of the professors of the chair adapting the guides and slogans of the practical works. Se presenta una experiencia de cátedra en la que el desarrollo de los trabajos prácticos de la asignatura Instalaciones II del ciclo profesional de la carrera de Arquitectura y Urbanismo de la Universidad Nacional del Nordeste permitió observar la incorporación de materiales, tecnologías y procedimientos innovadores ante consignas tradicionales impartidas. La luminotecnia, Acústica, Acondicionamiento del aire y Energías Renovables son planteados como temas centrales en las instalaciones complementarias de viviendas y edificios en altura, y en ellos se incorporan los conceptos de sustentabilidad de las mismas, para lo cual se hace uso de materiales tecnológicos nuevos como paneleria acústica y fono acústicas, cálculo de las transmitancias térmicas de paramentos acordes con a la región bioclimática, uso de equipos solares en la generación de agua caliente o energía eléctrica, uso de muros verdes y techos verdes, lámparas de última generación y equipos de bajo consumo, etc. Se analizan el grado de profundidad de los casos resueltos por los alumnos, la pertinencia y la factibilidad de llevarlo a la práctica, también el grado de compromiso del grupo con estas temáticas nuevas. Consideramos una experiencia renovadora que se irá mejorando con los aportes de los docentes de la cátedra adecuando las guías y consignas de los trabajos prácticos.
