This development proposes construction with a cost TRENDING TO ZERO ($ 0). In a first stage the realization of a self-supporting roof. They are trained by face-to-face courses in the area, San Vicente, A. Korn, Villa Castells in La Plata, and currently in 2020 motivated by COVID-19 in a virtual way with about 100 residents of the towns of Magdalena, Coronel Brandsen and Chascomús, distant the first about 40 km and the last about 75 km from La Plata. |
