Se busca dar una solución a la necesidad acuciante de sectores que no podrían acceder a viviendas por otros medios a la vez que propicia un sistema de reciclado y refuncionalización de elementos residuales de la industria de la construcción.Capacitando para la construcción de módulos habitables, a partir de paneles realizados con Pallets de madera recuperados como residuos de obras de construcción.Este desarrollo propone la construcción con un costo TENDIENDO A CERO ($ 0)En una primera etapa la realización de un techo autoportante.Se capacita por cursos presenciales en la zona, San Vicente, A.Korn, Villa Castells en La Plata, y actualmente en el 2020 motivados por el COVID-19 de forma virtual con unos 100 vecinos de las localidades de Magdalena, Coronel Brandsen y Chascomús, distantes las primeras unos 40 km y la ultima unos 75 km de La Plata.
