要約:The article discusses the emergence of the new center of services in Paulínia and the changes in the urban fabric of the city, relating the case to the phenomenon of disperse urbanization often seen in Brazilian metropolitan regions, including the Metropolitan Region of Campinas. For this purpose, it examines aspects of urbanism, architecture, use and appropriation of this new central space, based on surveys on historical, census and management data.
