The research objective in the present study gives a criticalreflection about ways to offer health services to habitants of Chimalhuacán; the studytakes as a base the results of the method of encounters creative expressive application, asa cognitive resource to discover better actions. Whit the objective to achieve the goal,health representations were explored as defense acts and at the same time as creative actsthrough individual draws and collective collages.Approaches in the text are part of answers and solutions carried out for Chimalhuacán,Mexico State inhabitants. For example: capacity to provide equitable health services;quality access health services using needs, information, prices, expectations, referencesocial frames, judgments, prejudices, myths, and rumors. In this sense, autonomy acts indifferent scales from human to local considers emotions of users in crisis moments and alternatives to give solutions to the problems implies, and it can become solutionsexamples. Los momentos de crisis en la experiencia de las personas permiten expresar actos dedefensa creativos como opciones de solución a problemáticas urbanas. El objetivo de lainvestigación es generar una reflexión crítica sobre cómo brindar servicios de salud a loshabitantes de Chimalhuacán, con base en los resultados obtenidos a partir del método deEncuentros Creativos Expresivos (ECE) como un recurso cognitivo para descubrirmejores formas de acción. Para realizar este objetivo, las representaciones de la salud seexploran como actos de defensa y, al mismo tiempo, como actos creativos mediante eluso de un elemento disparador de emociones que se cristalizan en la experienciaindividual a través de dibujos y de manera colectiva con un collage. Entre lasconsideraciones se enumera la capacidad para proporcionar servicios médicosequitativos; la calidad en el acceso a los servicios de salud: necesidades, información,precios, expectativas, marcos de referencia sociales, juicios o prejuicios, mitos y rumores;y las medidas prácticas tomadas y soluciones integrales propuestas por la población deChimalhuacán, estado de México. Así se puede decir que considerar las emociones de losusuarios en momentos de crisis, así como las alternativas para dar solución a losproblemas conllevan actos de autonomía en distintas escalas desde la humana hasta lalocal y que pueden retomarse como ejemplos de solución.
