The imaginaries have been well studied, but little applied from urbanism and much less from architecture, it is relevant to recognize that line of thought built to understand the concept of trust versus generator of fears, risks and fear itself. El estudio de los imaginarios del miedo con enfoque en el diseño urbano de las ciudades contemporáneas, permite entender la relación del diseño del espacio urbano y como la sociedad vive el espacio en referencia a estas nuevas formas urbanas generadoras de riesgos, plasmados en la inseguridad, angustia, pánico y simplemente, la desconfianza en el otro. Los imaginarios han sido muy estudiados, pero poco aplicados desde el urbanismo y mucho menos desde la arquitectura, es relevante reconocer esa línea del pensamiento construida para entender el concepto de confianza versus generador de temores, riesgos y el propio miedo.
