| Περίληψη: | The new centralities that have been set up in the territory of Culiacan are driven by large urban projects, which mostly include housing and commercial uses, and include a series of closed private subdivisions with the aim of generating small communities that have the most of services, such as the most exclusive shops in the city just steps away from the houses. The series of urban bubbles that have been generated in different parts of the city of Culiacan, where the flow of money is visualized in their constructions, express minimalist or fictional designs in their frontal scenarios and form part of the environment of the new housing subdivisions. These new centralities express the urban fragmentation in the territory from the exclusivity of the consumption, although not all can consume it, therefore the virtual walls that originate from fast roads of communication in their majority for the automobile, and where the Public transport generates routes that surround such urban projects, with an evident delimitation that expresses the socio-spatial division. |
